Job summary

TFI Family Services seeks a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor in Pittsburg, KS. You will supervise Crisis Support Workers Mon–Fri 1pm–10pm and be on-call as needed to support the Permanency Services Program, promoting child well-being and coordinating with partner agencies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in human services and preferred two years of Child Welfare experience, with a strong advocacy focus for children and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two years’ experience in Child Welfare.
• Strong desire to advocate for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers in assigned area Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm, plus on-call as needed.
• Promote well-being of children in the Permanency Program and coordinate with other agencies involved in Permanency Services.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings; engage in committees and work-groups.
