TFI Family Services in El Dorado, KS seeks a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor with a Bachelor’s degree in the human services field to lead Crisis Support Workers and coordinate services for permanency programs. You will supervise teams Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm and participate in after-hours coverage as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area Monday through Friday from 1pm to 10pm and on call as needed.
• Coordinate with staff from other agencies involved in Permanency Services and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Promote the well-being of children in the Permanency Program and advocate for families.
