Job summary

TFI Family Services seeks a Crisis Specialist Supervisor to lead Crisis Support Workers in the Permanency Services program in Kansas. You’ll supervise Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm and on-call as needed, ensuring child welfare services align with community resources.

A Bachelor’s degree in human services is required; two years’ Child Welfare experience preferred. We offer flexible scheduling, remote work options, generous leave, and a longevity bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two years’ experience in Child Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers in assigned area Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm and on call as needed.
• Coordinate with staff from the Permanency Services Program and other agencies involved in providing Permanency Services.
• Promote the well‑being of children in the Permanency Program and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
