• Bachelor’s degree in human services from an accredited university.
• Preferred two years of experience in Child Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers and assign caseloads.
• Coordinate with Permanency Services staff and other agencies involved in providing permanency services.
• Promote the well-being of children and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Assist families by connecting them with community resources to improve their lives.
