The role involves coordinating with the Crisis Stabilization team, reviewing commitments, and assisting clients in navigating treatment options while maintaining strong ethical boundaries. The position emphasizes teamwork, community resources linking, and flexible scheduling to meet client needs, including potential evenings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related behavioral health field with 1 year of clinical experience or 4 years of clinical experience with chronically mentally ill persons.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license, a favorable driving record, adequate insurance per state law.
• Bi-lingual or bi-cultural abilities preferred, including Spanish/Hmong/Cambodian; ASL fluency is noted as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete compliance monitoring for community members under Chapter 51 Commitments or Settlement Agreements.
• Review commitments/settlements with clients and providers.
• Collaborate with providers and clients during commitment extensions and recommendations.
• Provide culturally sensitive community support services and assist consumers in linking to ongoing resources.
