Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field with 1+ year interview experience
• Experience meeting with applicants and assessing needs
• Proficiency in maintaining client confidentiality and releases of information

Responsibilities

• Meets with applicants; assists with application processes; assesses needs for food, utilities, housing, shelter, emotional support, spiritual care, or other needs
• Provides information on resources; educates applicants using a financial toolkit
• Maintains relationships with community agencies to coordinate services and releases of information
• Uses electronic database to enter, retrieve, and maintain case records per protocols
• Manages client service transactions and requests funding as appropriate
• Fulfills surveys and provides information for reports to administration
• Performs other duties as assigned
