Job summary

Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington seeks a Designated Crisis Responder (DCR) Supervisor to provide clinical and administrative supervision, ensuring high-quality crisis evaluation and involuntary treatment investigation services. The role oversees coverage, documentation, and staff development, with the option to provide direct clinical services when needed.

Requirements include a Master's degree in a related field, WA MHP credential eligibility, and experience supervising crisis

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field leading to clinical licensure.
• Experience supervising DCR staff and reviewing crisis evaluations.
• Knowledge of DCR functions, RCWs & WACs, ethics, and involuntary treatment investigations in WA state.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to DCR team (individual and group).
• Oversee DCR coverage 24/7 and ensure timely, compliant documentation.
• Support staff development, performance evaluations, and corrective actions as needed.
• Attend and facilitate staff meetings; coordinate with HR and leadership for staffing and training.
