Job summary

Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington in Wenatchee, WA seeks a Designated Crisis Responder (DCR) Supervisor to provide clinical and administrative supervision of the DCR team and ensure delivery of crisis evaluation, crisis intervention, and involuntary treatment services.

The role oversees DCR coverage, staff development, and documentation quality, ensuring compliance with RCWs, WACs, funder requirements, and agency standards. Masters degree and WA licensure eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field leading to eligibility for clinical licensure.
• WA licensure eligibility required or equivalent licensure pathway.
• Experience supervising clinical staff in a mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees DCR coverage and schedules to ensure 24/7 availability.
• Provides regularly scheduled supervision and case review of crisis evaluations.
• Ensures clinical documentation meets agency and funder requirements and timelines.
• Delivers direct clinical services as a DCR when needed.
