Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington state seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead Designated Crisis Responders (DCRs) and ensure high-quality crisis services and involuntary treatment evaluations. • Master’s degree in social or behavioral science or related field.
• Active credential from WA Department of Health.
• Minimum 2 years leadership/clinical experience with high-acuity clients.
• Knowledge of RCW 71.05.020 and crisis services.

• Supervise Designated Crisis Responders (DCRs) in all phases of work.
• Supervise support staff and coordinate administrative and clinical management procedures.
