Job summary

Forks Hospital Foundation is seeking a Designated Crisis Responder to provide timely mobile crisis response, conduct clinical assessments and stabilize individuals of all ages. This role includes involuntary treatment evaluations under RCW 71.05, 71.34 and 70.96B, as well as proactive crisis management and safety planning to support community mental health outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold a Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a related field, have 2 years of crisis

• Must complete state sponsored DCR training within 90 days of hire.

SALARY:

$40.67- $56.94 DOE, Thursday-Monday, 3pm-12am
