Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health in Spokane, Washington is seeking a Crisis Response Specialist (DCR II) for Sunday-Wednesday 12PM-10:30PM. This role supports youth and adults in behavioral health crises, providing crisis intervention, assessments, safety planning and coordination with partners.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field, and meets licensure requirements with a DCR pathway.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field.
• Active licensure as LAAC, LMHCA, LICSWA or LMFTA within 6 months of hire.
• Must obtain Designated Crisis Responder designation within 6 months.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to use a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone assessments and triage referrals as needed.
• Perform face-to-face crisis assessments and determine needs.
• Develop stabilization and safety plans with clients and families.
• Maintain confidential records and all required documentation.
