Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Crisis Response Specialist to deliver face-to-face, phone, and telehealth crisis services. You will assess risk, develop safety plans, and link clients to community resources under supervision, representing Centerstone professionally with external entities.

The role requires an associate degree (or equivalent) with on-the-job training for entry-level candidates and involves documenting interactions and collaborating with emergency services as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or equivalent work experience.
• On-the-job training provided for entry-level positions.
• Customer service or support experience in behavioral health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention face-to-face, phone, or telehealth with on-site supervision.
• Develop safety plans and connect clients with personal/community resources.
• Conduct basic risk assessments for suicide, self-harm, or harm to others.
• Document client interactions and assessments in accordance with policies.
• Coordinate with emergency services for high-risk situations.
• Support continuity of care and follow-up with clients and families.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling follow-ups.
