Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Crisis Care Consultant to join a 24/7/365 call team in Nashville. You will perform telephonic clinical screenings, risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention for individuals in acute distress, linking them to appropriate services and resources.

This role emphasizes compassionate support, professional etiquette, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, while participating in ongoing supervision and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field, or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist.
• One year of experience preferred.
• Must have ability to perform telephonic screenings and risk assessments.
• Competency in crisis intervention and service linkage.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic clinical screenings and risk assessments.
• Conduct outreach calls to promote safety.
• Meet ethical and clinical standards.
• Attend training and team meetings.
• Provide referrals to programs and community resources.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
