Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2-3 years of equivalent experience may substitute for formal education.
• Related fields may include peer advocacy, community outreach, housing services or homelessness services roles.
• Technology: comfortable using basic tech including phone, messaging, email, Microsoft and Google Suites, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide calm, supportive crisis response and connect clients to resources as needed.
• Support daily operations by responding to needs and questions with radical hospitality, professionalism, and compassion.
• Monitor site safety through rounds and camera observation; report maintenance or pests and assist with treatments as needed.
• Manage facility meals, supplies, and donations, ensuring proper inventory and organized storage.
• Support team collaboration by creating reports, updating shift logs, and participating in meetings.
• Maintain ethical conduct regarding confidentiality, boundaries, and professionalism.
• Conduct welcomes, move-ins, transitions, move-outs, ensuring accurate documentation and a positive client experience.
• Fully participate in trainings; attend continuing education opportunities; perform other duties as assigned.
