Job summary

Child & Family Service is seeking a Clinical Specialist I E - Crisis Mobile Outreach (Part-Time) in Lihue, HI. The role supports crisis intervention, intake processing, safety planning, and linkage to community resources.

Responsibilities include case documentation, collaboration with multiple disciplines, and providing empathetic support to clients while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited program required.
• 1-4 years of clinically supervised experience in youth mental health or education.
• Nationally accredited credential such as board-certified behavior analyst, therapist, counselor, psychologist, social worker, or school psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Open cases and complete intake forms for the CMO program.
• Establish rapport and provide empathetic support to participants.
• Assess safety and present options to alleviate crisis threats.
• Maintain confidentiality and document case records and miles.
• Coordinate transport and referrals to community resources.
