Job summary

Memorial Health is seeking a Mobile Crisis Response clinician to provide immediate crisis intervention for adults, children, and families in community or hospital settings. You will conduct crisis assessments, de-escalate acute situations, and coordinate referrals to outpatient or inpatient resources to ensure safe, effective care.

The role emphasizes collaboration with EMS, law enforcement, and clinical staff, with emphasis on least restrictive care and documentation in the EHR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct crisis intervention to adults, children, and families at the scene or via telehealth.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, EMS, and other providers to ensure timely crisis intervention.
• Coordinate inpatient hospitalization with medical teams when warranted.
• Complete required administrative and legal paperwork for crisis assessments and referrals.
• Document assessments in the client’s electronic health record.
