Child & Family Service seeks a Clinical Specialist I (Part Time, 20 hours) in Lihue, HI. Under supervision, you will implement program services, link assessment to therapeutic interventions, and provide on-call crisis response 24/6 to support families.

Requires a Master’s degree and 1–4 years post-master’s experience with youth in mental health or education settings; strong verbal/written communication and ability to engage diverse families are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited school; requires knowledge of an advanced type.
• One to four years of post-master's experience.
• At least one year of full-time, clinically supervised experience with youth in mental health or educational settings.
• Good verbal and written skills in assessment, interviewing and recording; ability to assess family dynamics.
• Preferred experience using family therapies and CBT in individual or family contexts.
• Knowledge of family systems, social ecology, and behavioral therapy.

Responsibilities

• Implement program services and tie assessment to intervention design and evaluation.
• Provide on-call crisis response with 24/6 availability.
