Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Co-responder Licensed Clinician to provide on-site clinical assessment and crisis intervention in collaboration with local police. The clinician links individuals to community resources and coordinates follow-up services.

Key duties include evaluating safety, determining need for involuntary admission, and performing 1013/2013 forms, while engaging in homeless outreach and partnerships with mental health and law enforcement.

Qualifications

• Current license in GA (LPC/LCSW) or pursuing license within 6 months.
• At least two years in mental health/substance use crisis assessment or intervention.
• Familiar with withdrawal signs and acute psychosis.

Responsibilities

• Provide field on-site clinical assessment and crisis intervention in the community.
• Engage in homeless outreach and collaboration with community partners and law enforcement.
• Assess safety risk and determine need for involuntary admission when indicated.
• Complete 1013 or 2013 forms as appropriate and coordinate follow-up services.
