Job summary

Clinical & Support Options, Inc. is seeking a Co-Response Clinician Supervisor to support Leverett and surrounding communities. The role involves responding with police to 911 calls, conducting urgent crisis assessments, and delivering short-term intervention.

You will lead co-response initiatives, coordinate crisis services, and represent CSO at community events and task forces. A clinical master's is required, with license eligibility preferred and a valid driver's license essential.

Qualifications

• Clinical Master's degree is required.
• Clinical license or license eligibility is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in 911 and emergency calls with partnering police departments.
• Provide behavioral health assessments to individuals and families in crisis.
• Provide initial crisis intervention services and short-term crisis counseling as follow-up.
• Provide leadership in development of the co-response model and represent the program at community events.
• Develop knowledge of managed care and health insurance systems for staff guidance
