Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in behavioral health.
• Experience providing crisis intervention preferred.
• Experience collaborating with law enforcement agencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local law enforcement by providing behavioral health support and consultation.
• Complete crisis screenings, assessments, interventions, and intake evaluations.
• Coordinate behavioral health services and develop systems of care.
• Assist individuals in accessing treatment services and follow-up care.
• Provide brief therapeutic interventions to promote stabilization.
• Support law enforcement and court personnel in placement options and detentions.
• Participate in Crisis Intervention Teams and diversion courts.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure continuity of care.
