The coordinator will be responsible for assessing needs, developing care plans, and providing ongoing support. He/she will collaborate with law enforcement and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Human Services from an accredited institution.
• One year of experience in human services or mental health preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
