Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of English and law enforcement designations; ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assess minor client eligibility for protocol services.
• Set up and facilitate all care coordination meetings with partners.
• Document data for grant metrics within 48 business hours.
• Dispatch advocate response per BCFS HHS protocol.
• Travel to meet clients and partners; participate in MDT meetings.
