Job summary

BMCHS is seeking a Program Director for the Boston Police Co-Response Program. You will oversee clinical and administrative activities, supervise master’s level clinicians, provide real-time consultation, and coordinate staff coverage and training with external partners.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in a related field, LICSW or LMHC eligibility, and at least five years of supervisory experience in a crisis setting. On-call obligations apply and collaboration with BPD is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s Degree in social work, mental health counseling or a related field.
• Minimum of five years full-time supervisory experience in a crisis setting.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual clinical supervision to all direct care staff.
• Facilitate monthly group supervision.
• Provide real-time case consultation during program hours and on-call hours.
• Manage staff scheduling, time-off requests, and holiday coverage.
• Complete annual performance evaluations and onboard new staff.
