Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a Crisis Support Specialist to join our Emergency Services team. The role blends administrative support with field deployments, responding to client crises and facilitating evaluations alongside clinicians and peers.

The position requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities, with a valid driver's license for community deployments. The successful candidate will help maintain readiness and support crisis services across the

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for crisis response.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with frequent deadlines.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Email, Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
• Experience in coordinating deployments or frontline support is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to ES team before, during, and after deployments.
• Coordinate deployments with Access Point, law enforcement, and deployment team.
• Schedule urgent care appointments and manage patient charts and insurance data.
• Respond to crisis lines and collaborate with hospitals and community partners.
• Maintain building safety checks and operational readiness tasks.
• Assist in apartment admissions/discharges and provide crisis engagement.
