Job summary

Community Partners in Strafford County, NH, seeks a Mobile Crisis Peer Support Specialist to join the Emergency Services team. You will draw on your lived experience to engage individuals in crisis, support engagement with services, and help develop recovery plans. Local travel is required; a valid driver’s license and vehicle liability coverage are necessary.

Qualifications

• Lived experience of mental illness & recovery, or CRSW certification.
• Experience in community mental health or peer support roles preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to use technology provided for job requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle liability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Engage individuals in crisis and help develop individualized recovery plans.
• Advocate for clients and promote self-care and recovery.
• May provide transportation as needed to support service engagement.
