Job summary

Community Reach Center in Colorado is seeking a Program Manager for the Resource and Walk-in Crisis Center. The role provides clinical crisis response leadership, oversees care navigators, conducts mental health evaluations, and ensures high standards of care and documentation.

The position requires a master’s degree in counseling or related field, two years of supervisory experience, licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) with CAT/CAS/LAC preferred, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or related field.
• Minimum of two years of direct supervisory experience.
• Professional counseling licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW). CAT, CAS, LAC preferred.
• Experience providing crisis intervention and intensive therapeutic services.
• Experience with a 72-hour (M-1) hold and associated criteria.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical crisis response services and supervise care navigators.
• Provide crisis interventions and mental health evaluations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with medical records standards and care navigation services.
• Develop goals and train staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Attend management meetings and represent the program in community settings.
• Promote cooperative team environment and cross-licensure sponsorship where applicable.
