Qualifications

• Master’s degree and licensure in a related mental health field.
• Minimum of 3 years exp in the healthcare field in a leadership or management capacity preferred. 5+ years in the behavioral health industry with a thorough working knowledge of Inpatient, Crisis and IOP,required.
• Knowledge of managed care principles, best clinical practices, business and management theory and models,
• critical thinking and effective customer/employee service models in behavioral health care.
• Experience working in a complex, fast paced environment that requires excellent multi-tasking skills and has significant customer interaction telephonically and/or in person.
• Ability to work cohesively in ateam orientedenvironment that fosters good working relationships.
• Excellent computer skills withproficiencyin Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience with medical claims processing,collectionsand cash flow management.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet all deadlines and established goals.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze statistical and financial data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates leadership qualities with the ability to persuade, negotiate, motivate, coach, teach andfacilitateindividuals and groups on reaching theobjectivesofDiversus Healthstrategic vision and goals.
• Demonstrates knowledge of crisis and acute care models
• Supports innovative workforce development,recruitmentand retention efforts tofacilitatemanagement of clients in crisis and referral toappropriate levelof services
• Builds andmaintainsprofessional relationships with new and existing partners whileidentifyingopportunities for improvement.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external practice teams in public and private forums.
• Manages and drives growth with existing and new clients/community partners to achieve assigned individual and team goals.
• Provides feedback to leadership on practice transformation efforts, process redesign and improvement, and outcomes.
• Works in a team environment to support the success of all team members.
• Provides AOC (Administrator on call) coverage, as needed.
• Serves as a liaison between LAS and both internal and external providers to ensure seamless coordination of care on behalf of our clients served.
