Community Reach Center in Colorado is seeking a Program Manager for the Resource and Walk-in Crisis Center. The role provides clinical crisis response leadership, oversees care navigators, conducts mental health evaluations, and ensures high standards of care and documentation.
The position requires a master’s degree in counseling or related field, two years of supervisory experience, licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) with CAT/CAS/LAC preferred, and a valid driver’s license.

About the Role:
The Program Manager (‘Program Manager’) is an integral member of Community Reach Center’s Resource and Walk-in Crisis Center. The WCRC is a 24/7 essential Program within the organization. The Program Manager under limited supervision, organizes, administers, and oversees the operation of a resource center and walk-in crisis location using evidence based/evidence-informed approaches to assist individuals with behavioral health needs. The Program Manager has administrative oversight of the team including financial, resource, and facilities management. Additionally, the Program Manager will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Director of Clinical Services.

Salary Information:
$83,000-$89,000/yr
Eligible for $250/month Bilingual Stipend
