Job summary

Paragon Behavioral Health Connections in Frisco, Colorado seeks an Associate Director of Crisis Services to lead the Walk-In Center and crisis continuum under the Crisis Stabilization Clinical Director. Supervises a growing team of master’s-level clinicians and support staff, ensuring compliant, high-quality care.

The role partners with medical providers, nursing, and community partners to maintain seamless crisis care, drive quality, and develop leaders for future growth, including on-call

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Active Colorado clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in good standing.
• Minimum seven years of experience in behavioral health or healthcare settings.
• Experience supervising master’s-level clinicians preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Walk-In Center to ensure safe, client-centered care.
• Supervise crisis team leads and clinicians, fostering emerging leaders.
• Ensure documentation, licensure compliance, and regulatory adherence across crisis programs.
• Collaborate with hospitals, EMS, and community partners to align crisis services.
