Qualifications

• Two years experience in residential or inpatient nursing.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas or hold an unencumbered multi-state nursing license.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary professional team.
• Proficient computer skills (Windows/MS Office/TEAMS/Outlook 365).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Lead the residential program operations in alignment with the Center's mission, values, policy, and procedures.
• Ensure nursing services are provided timely and in the most clinically appropriate setting.
• Oversee infection control processes and internal/external reviews for quality improvement.
• Provide 360-degree feedback, coaching, and professional development to direct reports.
• Develop relationships and collaborate across programs to achieve shared goals.
• Oversee unit flow, medication inventory, testing, and supplies to standards.
• Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives within residential operations.
• Provide training and delegation of nursing duties.
