Bluebonnet Trails Community Services is seeking a Residential Nurse Manager to supervise RNs in Seguin and Bastrop, TX, ensuring timely nursing services in crisis residential programs. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee infection control and quality audits, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with state contracts.

The role requires Texas RN licensure, two years in residential/inpatient nursing, strong communication, and collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in residential or inpatient nursing.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and be part of a multidisciplinary professional team.
• Demonstrated computer literacy with working knowledge of Windows/MS Office/TEAMS/Outlook 365 applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, experience in behavioral healthcare setting.
• Must have a valid Texas driver's license and maintain approved driver's status throughout employment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the residential program operations in alignment with the Center's mission, values, policy, and procedures.
• Ensures nursing services are provided timely and in the most clinically appropriate setting
• Oversight of unit infection control processes, internal and external reviews (audits) of nursing and medical programs as assigned by the DRN for quality measurement and improvement.
