Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Texas.
• 2+ years in behavioral health and/or substance use nursing.
• Able to work in inpatient/outpatient/residential settings.
• Collaborative team member with strong communication skills.
• Proficient with Windows/MS Office for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing triage and admission assessments.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Educate patients about diagnoses and care plans.
• Develop nursing care plans and communicate findings to the treatment team.
• Provide RN delegation and training to support staff.
