Qualifications

• Two years of experience in residential or inpatient nursing.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Texas or hold an unencumbered multi-state license.
• Strong collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient computer skills with Windows/MS Office/TEAMS/Outlook 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential program operations aligned with mission and policies.
• Ensure nursing services are provided timely in appropriate settings.
• Oversee infection control processes and quality audits.
• Provide 360-degree feedback and coaching to direct reports.
• Coordinate with colleagues and partners to meet program goals.
• Maintain medication inventory, testing, and supplies to standards.
• Develop and pilot care system improvements for quality.
• Lead change within the team and set clear program direction.
