Qualifications

• At least one year of personal recovery.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Arizona Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Vaccination policy requires full vaccination or approved exemption prior to start date.
• Experience using EMR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate or co-facilitate groups and provide individual recovery support.
• Build therapeutic alliances to reduce seclusion and restraints.
• Knowledge of community resources to meet recovery needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Document all encounters in the electronic health record.
• Support clients with experienced-based guidance and appropriate self-disclosure.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
