Connections Health Solutions in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Restoration Support Specialist (RSS) for full-time employment. The RSS will provide natural supports, demonstrate personal recovery, and work with a multidisciplinary team to meet treatment and recovery needs.

The role involves facilitating groups, building therapeutic alliances, connecting clients to resources, documenting encounters in the EHR, and supporting others with empathy and appropriate self-disclosure.

Qualifications

• At least one year of personal recovery.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to comply with mandatory vaccination policy.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group and individual recovery sessions and act as a supporter and advocate throughout treatment.
• Lessen the use of seclusion or restraints by building a therapeutic alliance and applying trauma-informed care.
• Know and connect clients to community resources and promote multiple paths of recovery.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team across all aspects of treatment and recovery.
• Document all encounters in the electronic health record.
• Provide support with empathy and appropriate self-disclosure as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
