Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a part-time MCRT Unlicensed Clinician AMFT/APCC/ASW to provide mental health support in San Mateo County. The role involves crisis response, coordination with a multi-agency team, and telephonic triage for clients in crisis.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Social Work or related field, pursuing licensure and registered with the Board of Behavioral Science, with at least two years of crisis experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field, working toward licensure and registered with the Board of Behavioral Science as ASW, AMFT, or APCC.
• Two years of crisis response experience with mentally ill individuals.
• Must be 18 years or older and CPR, CPI, and First Aid certified by start date.
• Successful completion of post-offer checks including background and license verifications and any required driving clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health support services to program members and their families.
• Coordinate and collaborate with team members and outside agencies (e.g., Public Guardian’s Office, Probation, Behavioral Health).
• Perform telephone screening, triage and referral services ensuring timely, accurate assessments and interventions.
