Job summary

Telecare Corporation’s Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) delivers crisis services in the community through a dedicated team of mental health professionals with limited law enforcement involvement when necessary. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Two years post-master's crisis response experience with mentally ill individuals.
• Current licensure or registration as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, etc.
• Certified to perform W & I 5150 Holds in the field.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certifications required on date of employment or within 60 days and maintained thereafter.
• All post-offer conditions including background checks, driving clearance, and verification may apply.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance with you as driver.

Responsibilities

• Dispatched and responds to emergency / crisis events in the community
• Provides onsite therapeutic interventions support to persons and families in crisis
• Collaborates with other First Responders to provide onsite crisis support and transport to care
• Leads the dispatched mobile team with clinical guidance and instruction to team members
• Completes concise assessments to paint a clinical picture and provide treatment recommendations
• Makes referrals for placement, case management, and aftercare services
• Maintains awareness of community resources
