Job summary

Community Bridges in Safford, Arizona, is seeking a Crisis Mobile Specialist (BHT) responsible for responding to crisis calls and triaging the situations. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field and a valid driver's license.

Position: Crisis Mobile Specialist (BHT)

The Crisis Mobile Specialist is responsible for responding to crisis calls dispatched by the dedicated crisis dispatch provider, triaging the immediate crisis situation, recommending the appropriate intervention, and helping the individual transition to the most appropriate level of care when applicable.

Skills & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required. Associate’s Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field.
• Lived experience in recovery from mental health and substance use disorders, homelessness, family members, and veterans preferred.

Licenses & Credentials

• Current Driver’s License (valid and in good standing)
• Clear 39‑month Motor Vehicle Record
• C-PRSS Certification
