Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking a Crisis Mobile Specialist (CPSS) to respond to crisis calls, triage situations, and guide individuals to the appropriate level of care.

The CPSS will work with crisis dispatch to determine the most suitable intervention and support transition to the next step in care. Required: High School Diploma or GED, 2 years in Behavioral Health, 6 months recovery from substance use or mental health disorders, valid driver’s license, clean 39‑month MVR,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field.
• At least 6 months recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders.
• Current valid ID Driver’s License and clean 39-month MVR.
• C‑PRSS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls dispatched by the crisis dispatch provider.
• Triage the immediate crisis situation and recommend the appropriate intervention.
• Help the individual in crisis transition to the most appropriate level of care, when applicable.

Crisis Mobile Specialist – CPSS

The Crisis Mobile Specialist (CPSS) is responsible for responding to crisis calls dispatched by the crisis dispatch provider. The intent of this service is to triage the immediate crisis situation, recommend the appropriate intervention, and help the individual in crisis transition to the most appropriate level of care, when applicable.

Skills / Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field.
• Minimum of six months recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders.
• Current valid ID Driver’s License.
• Clear 39‑month Motor Vehicle Record.
• C‑PRSS Certification required.
