Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. seeks a Crisis Mobile Specialist – CPSS to respond to crisis calls, triage situations, and guide individuals to appropriate levels of care when needed.

You will work with a crisis response team across Oklahoma, requiring a valid driver’s license and active C‑PRSS certification, supporting individuals in crisis and coordinating with providers for safety and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health field.
• Minimum of six months recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Clear 39‑month Motor Vehicle Record.
• C‑PRSS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls dispatched by the crisis dispatch provider.
• Triage the immediate crisis situation and recommend appropriate intervention.

Crisis Mobile Specialist – CPSS

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency serving Arizona, Idaho, Oklahoma, and the District of Columbia. The Crisis Mobile Specialist – CPSS is responsible for responding to crisis calls dispatched by the dedicated crisis dispatch provider, triaging the immediate crisis situation, recommending the appropriate intervention, and helping the individual in crisis transition to the most appropriate level of care when applicable.
