Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Crisis Mobile Specialist CPSS to respond to crisis calls, triage situations, and guide individuals to the proper level of care. The role supports Magellan Idaho and the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare guidance.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a driver’s license, and C-PRSS certification, with a preference for an Associates degree and 2+ years in behavioral health. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders.
• Current ID Driver’s License (valid and in good standing).
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
• C-PRSS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls dispatched by the dedicated crisis dispatch provider.
• Triage the immediate crisis situation and recommend the appropriate intervention.
• Help the individual in crisis transition to the most appropriate level of care, when applicable.
