Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) in Idaho is seeking a Crisis Mobile Specialist CPSS to respond to crisis calls, triage situations, and coordinate interventions to connect individuals with appropriate care.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (associates preferred), 2+ years in behavioral health, and a valid Idaho driver’s license with a clean MVR; C-PRSS certification is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field.
• Minimum 6 months of recovery from substance use or mental health disorders.
• Valid Idaho Driver’s License in good standing and clean MVR.
• Current C-PRSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls dispatched by crisis dispatch provider.
• Triage immediate crisis, determine intervention, and guide to level of care.
• Adhere to Magellan Idaho and Idaho DHW policies and procedures.
