Job summary

Sandy Hook Promise Foundation seeks a National Crisis Line Intake Support for on-site work in Miami, FL. This full-time role monitors and analyzes tips, triages cases, and delivers actionable information to clients and supervisors in a high-pressure environment.

You will use critical thinking, build rapport with tipsters, and collaborate with Say Something client teams while supporting the organization’s mission to prevent violence and protect students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Two years’ related experience preferred.
• Strong writing and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, receive, analyze, triage, and deliver tips to clients.
• Display critical thinking and information gathering.
• Communicate clearly with clients and staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Say Something client.
• Maintain data literacy and use data in decision making.
• Provide on-site coverage as needed.
