Job summary

Sandy Hook Promise seeks a National Crisis Line Intake Support for the Miami center. This full-time, in-person role supports tip intake, analysis, and crisis information delivery to school districts nationwide.

You will analyze tips under pressure, maintain client rapport, and coordinate with supervisors and teammates. Candidates should have a related Bachelor's degree and strong analytical and communication skills, with willingness to work varied shifts and travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields.
• Two+ years of related field experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, receive, analyze, triage, and deliver tips from the Crisis Center.
• Conduct thoughtful analyses under pressure and articulate info clearly to clients.
• Engage with tipsters to build trust and gather information.
• Communicate with clients, supervisors, and staff concisely.
• Perform account management, tip audits, and evaluations.
• Support SHP values and collaborate across the organization.
