Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in homeless or mental health services.
• Must possess a valid Fingerprint clearance card on the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and triage vulnerable individuals seeking services.
• Coordinate with partners for entry into shelter services.
• Document client interactions in the HMIS system.
