Job summary

Westmoreland Community Action seeks a Crisis Worker 2 to provide Telephone Crisis Intervention and Mobile crisis services in Westmoreland County. The role requires compassionate, professional crisis support around the clock, defusing acute situations and linking individuals to care.

Responsibilities include risk assessment, documentation, collaboration with local behavioral health partners, on‑call responsiveness, and adherence to HIPAA and CSP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or相关， see options in the ad.
• Direct crisis intervention experience preferred.
• Ability to document accurately and promptly in case records.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention services by phone and in the community.
• Complete documentation for each crisis interaction per guidelines.
• Coordinate with local behavioral health and other providers.
• Be available for on-call mobile crisis responses when scheduled.
• Attend trainings, case conferences, and staff meetings.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and CSP standard adherence.
