Job summary

Center for Community Resources Crisis Intervention Services seeks a compassionate mental health professional to deliver mobile crisis intervention, assessment and counseling in Potter County, PA. This role requires flexible scheduling to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays and includes 24/7 availability through an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology or related field and one year experience in mental health.
• Knowledge of de-escalation techniques and PA resources.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile mental health crisis intervention and safety assessment.
• Complete all reports and documentation in a timely fashion.
• Maintain quality standards and confidentiality.
• Work evenings, weekends, holidays and some office hours.
• Respond to mental health emergencies as part of on-call rotation.
