Job summary

YWCA Greater Harrisburg is seeking a compassionate Crisis Advocate to provide trauma-informed crisis intervention, advocacy, safety planning, and support to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking.

You'll work in the shelter and on the 24-hour hotline, coordinating referrals and resources to help survivors move forward in Dauphin County communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, criminal justice, or related field (or Associate's with 2 years of relevant experience).
