Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health System in West Reading, PA seeks a Clinical Coordinator to guide the Crisis Intervention Program, supervise clinical and nonclinical staff, and ensure best-practice care in moments of crisis.

You will lead daily operations, uphold licensing standards, provide direct client services when needed, coordinate referrals, and support staff through supervision and training while partnering with community resources.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline.
• At least 3 years of post-degree behavioral health experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Licensure and/or certification strongly preferred.
• Pennsylvania Act 33 & Act 34 clearances required.
• Verification of no Medicaid/Medicare exclusion status.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and nonclinical staff and provide supervisory and training duties.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Crisis Intervention Program and ensure licensing compliance.
• Provide direct client services when needed and facilitate referrals to higher levels of care.
• Oversee budgeting, payroll, and billing in coordination with Accounting.
• Maintain audit readiness and monitor quality improvement data.
• Represent the program in interagency meetings and build partnerships.
