Job summary

Chimes seeks a licensed behavioral health clinician to serve as Clinical Coordinator for the Crisis Intervention Program in Reading, PA. You will supervise a team, oversee daily operations, and provide direct client services as needed to ensure rapid access to care.

You’ll lead staff supervision, ensure compliance with licensing and best practices, manage budgeting and billing with accounting, and build partnerships with payers and community partners to sustain a high-quality crisis care program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline.
• 3+ years of post-degree experience in behavioral health, including 1+ year of increasing supervisory responsibility.
• Licensure and/or certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise staff, provide regular individual and group supervision, conduct performance evaluations, and train staff to excel in their roles.
